Been stopping squating for months, was able to do pretty heavy for my weight.
However whenever i squat i always feel pain at my lower back.
I've checked my form and even find the gym instructor to spot me, and all were correct!

What can be wrong  :(

keep on squatting man. I was out for deadlifts for a few months after spraining my back. Didnt help a bit. After I continued deadlifting, it became better. Ur body adapts. :)

wear a weight belt and your back should be straight all the time and look forward through the movement.

if the problem continues, then you can train smarter bro, try lighten ur squats by pre exhaust.
