Hey guys, just got my Magnum DNA. Any tips on consuming it? Labels says 8 capsules prior to work out.
While on the official net, it says 4 prior and 4 post!

Help pls!

U sure the label didn't say 4-8? I would take 4 before and 4 after if I were you. This stuff is expensive! But because it's a faster-absorbing BCAA form, you won't need that much anyway.

expensive but it works man! u shld give it a try.

many reviews stated that u shld take 8 piror to work out!
