Hi, I've been told that our human body we would always have a chest bigger than the other if I'm not wrong.

However, I've been having this problem especially with my right chest. I'm a right hander and yes each time when I lift weights like bench presses and stuffs, my left hand would tend to use more force and that leaves my right hand with less weight to carry.

Problem : My upper chest area for my right side doesn't seem to be growing or making and progression. I've been training and the chest always seemed to 'not maintain' it's shape like it always seemed to go back to how it was before. Please help! Thanks!

I'm not sure about the saying you heard, but this is really a problem, not a norm.

Try using dumbbell/cable exercises where the weights is separated so your stronger chest don't help your smaller chest. Also, you could help your weaker chest by doing a few sets of single-side exercises on days when you train your other body parts. For example, pec deck flys with just one arm.

N perhaps ur right chest seems to always be weak because often your left chest carries most of the weight. Hope this helps.

i've heard about the saying...it includes females too. females do have one breast slightly larger than another. as for the training wise, it could mean that ur upper chest do not respond well to the training. remember, listen to ur body and see wad works for u. try doing high volume to really pump the blood into ur upper chest and also stretching to expand the facia for more room of muscle hypertrophy. and for the unproportion chest, u can focus more on ur left chest on squeezing rather than jus lifting the weights up. the reason is very simple, u are a right hander and therfore very little work has been done for ur left side, hence, very low in the mind-muscle-connection. cheers bro
