Anyone got any diet plans to recommend me?

I'm currently 18 and yeah no matter how much food I intake, it doesn't seem to help me to put on weight. I've heard that weight gainer's pretty useless cause it doesn't help at all. I need help so guys kindly post any diet for me, simple to get without much cooking to be done! & also if there's any protein powder that's good for intake, recommend to me! Cheers!

learn to read the ingredients and the nutritional values. from the basic first. i would recommend u taking about 5 -7 meals a day. every 2-3 hour, meal consisting of high protein, fats and a good complex carb like brown rice, oats etc. if ur weight is stuck, it could mean ur calorie intake is not sufficient. remember u needa take in atleast 500 more calories daily. the other thing is could be is that you did not do a calorie surplus...your body get use to the amount of food you take in everyday. so, calorie up and down buddy. good luck.
