The calf muscles are one of the weakest areas for many people including myself. I'm talking about muscle mass around that region. I was wondering if you guys train it frequently and how many exercises do you all perform ? Have weighted exercises given you all more results or do body weight exercises work best for you?

I don't train calves at all man. But they are still big. But from competition experiences, Chinese bodybuilders naturally have bigger calves compared to Malays or Indians. So, I work on my weak points instead, like chest.

Lol yea genes definitely play a part. I've seen people who don't train with coconut calfs ! Anyways we never achieve anything by blaming our genetics so best way out, improve on what you can :) cheers bro !
