Alright, didn't know where else to post this but bodybuilders seem to have good knowledge about the body(duh) so why not here.

Firstly, after years of searching the net and cross referencing, as well as personal experience from others, I have been able to conclude, bodybuilding(with good form) does not stunt growth, unless you use steroids.

But to the point, does anyone has any unheard, rare, unknown, secret to growing taller?! Besides the sleep more, sleep straight, jump, skip, milk, run, breathing exercises etc.

I'm bodybuilding,  and the whole reason I love it to be honest is all about size to me. But yet, I can't get nearly as big as I wish at 5'5"(165cm)
