Anyone has any convenient and yet healthily protein packed meal suggestions you could bring to sch/work to eat?

Surviving on what's available in school has been hard for me and the 2 things I can think of is protein shake and almonds/nuts. But almonds aren't enough and I don't want to be drinking so many shakes a day!

Natural peanut butter with wholemeal bread can form at least 1 of your meal

Bring a container of brown rice along to complement your fish soup that could form both lunch and dinner

Kudos to your intention to have a nutrition plan man, i think that forms 70% of all fitness regime

Mix nuts + chesse + some vege

chicken breast+vege+ some form of carbs. you can cook your breast the day before or in the morning

bro, u can put raw oats and a scoop of protein into a container....whenever u need it, jus pour water and u can eat it! its a good meal too buddy.
